We all know that change is hard. I never thought I was adverse to change until the pandemic forced me to change. And I thrived. I found new ways to connect with people (although, like everyone, there was some video call fatigue).
Change requires disruption and effort. Sometimes, it is easiest to continue on the path we know, rather than to branch out onto a new road. The emotional and mental effort required to do something new can be overwhelming and even create anxiety.
Doing nothing doesn’t help. Coaching can help.
The coaching process will allow you to recognize and process your feelings, challenge assumptions, explore options, and provide support in a nonjudgmental way. Whether you want to advance in your current role, improve your leadership skills, rediscover your purpose, or get motivated, a coaching relationship can help you reconnect with yourself and create meaningful change.
